Please switch to any other profile associated with Chrome browser. If removing Screencastify from your list of extensions does not work and opening Respondus Lockdown Browser still asks for you to remove Screencastify, it is possible that another profile within your Google Chrome browser also has Screencastify within it.
If so, you should be able to access your Canvas Quiz accordingly. Once Screencastify is removed, close Google Chrome and open Respondus Lockdown Browser to see if you can access the Rutgers Canvas homepage. Press the three dots on the upper right.
